  Where Queen Ziggy Frazzlesocks is from, the whole place is constantly under attack by robot businessmen called Cogs. Because of a combination of the need to communicate without getting caught, Cogs near always being on the streets and taking over buildings at seeming random, and the relatively sudden organization of rebellion groups against the Cogs, Toons created a language all their own: Toonian.
  Toonian is specifically made with different animal sounds in mind, and thus can only really be spoken by animal toons, like those that come from the same Toontown as Queen, or others who are very good at mimicking how animal Toon sounds sound.
  Toonian is a secret language, similar to Thieves Cant, Toonian is also an absolute mess of slang, puns, and as previously mentioned: Animal noises. Toonian comes in a few different dialects, one for each type of Toon currently helping the fight against the cogs, but all are similar enough that as long as the respective Toons speak clearly (aka: cut back on the awful animal puns, you heathens), there should be no problems understanding each other.

  • Toon base land speed is 30 feet
  • Aging: Toons, if they age at all, never pass adulthood. As a result, they aren't subject to the attribute increases or decreases that living beings suffer as they age. The best measure of a toon’s general age is its appearance (black-and-white toons are from before 1932).
  • Regeneration (Ex): (TTR/TTO) Toons possess Regeneration 1. They will regenerate HP slowly when in a safe area. These include: camps, and all settlements where they will not be attacked outright. Can also be healed if someone else makes them laugh.
  • Regeneration (Ex): (WFRR/As seen on Wiki) Toons possess Regeneration 1. Any damage a toon takes will become non-lethal damage unless it's specifically designed to do lasting harm to a toon. Such toon-killing weapons are uncommon at best, even in those campaigns that mix humans and toons. Where they are available for purchase, they are toxic chemicals requiring special licenses to own and handle them. A character suitably skilled in chemistry can make their own out of a handful of industrial chemicals (see the Toon Death section).
  • Skills: All toon characters will automatically have all Perform skills as class skills. Because toons are not human, they get 4 less skill points than humans do at first level, and one less skill point than humans at each additional level.
  • Automatic Languages: Toons can automatically speak the language of the audience they were drawn for. Bonus Languages: Toons with a sufficiently high Intelligence are not limited in their choice of bonus languages.
  • Level Adjustment: +0. While toons are very difficult to kill, they can be incapacitated as easily as a human can be killed.

• Inventory

  Wand of Laughter: A specialized version of the Wand of Wonder. This wand used to be a gag pouch, it has 20 charges to start, and can get up to 80 charges. These charges go up as the wielder levels up, it can also be recharged if the wielder makes people laugh without using a charge.
  
  It works best when the wielder knows what types of gags it can launch, in somewhat similar fashion to a normal Wand of Wonder, it will launch out things at random if the wielder is inexperienced or unaware of what the Wand of Laughter is capable of, and what it is not.
